From the Sheet to the Slide, Without Typing the Numbers

Here is how to pick the range you need in CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets and turn it into an editable chart.

The content is already organized in a sheet, and the presentation still needs a chart. Pasting the table as an image is fast, but it is hard to change the colors or type to fit the slide. Retyping each number also means checking that no cell was left out.

Snapdeck's Graph feature shortens the work in between. Choose the range to show from the original table, then keep editing the chart made from those numbers on the slide.

Start with the cells you need

Press the Graph button on the bottom toolbar and ‘그래프 만들기’ opens. You can import a CSV or Excel file. For Google Sheets, connect an account and then choose the sheet.

Opening a file shows the table first. You do not need to chart the whole dataset. To show monthly revenue, drag the cells that hold the month and the revenue. To compare the number of new customers as well, include that column in the range.

Choose a chart type and place it on the slide

Once the range is set, choose a chart type. Leave it to the recommendation, or pick line, area, bar, column, or table yourself. Choose the shape that fits how the data is structured.

Generate builds a chart on the slide from the range and type you chose. That is not the end of the work. You can adjust the chart's size and position, and in the Design panel on the right you can select layers to refine the type and layout.

Leave the table in the source, and the explanation on the slide

The original table imported to make the chart is not saved in the project or in the AI run history. The generated chart stays on the slide, and you can keep editing it afterward.

Pick the cells you need where the numbers already live, and on the slide focus on what those numbers say. The time spent deciding which change to show matters more than the time spent copying a table.
